Where to Blog?

So I have been trying to make money online for years now on and off. I will start looking around and then stop. I Have 2 blogs on blogger, one is a dog training blog which I stopped writing in, the topic just isnt something I want to spend time on everyday and to be honest I dont know how much information I know to keep a blog going. It was approved and has had google adsense on it for over a year, and I have made nothing. I am not surprised becuase I havent posted anything and havent really promoted it anywhere. My other blog is does not have adsense on it and I have not promoted it anywhere becuase it is totally personal...its more like an online journal for my own memories, to look back years later. So I would like to start a blog with not a specific topic, more like a stay at home mom guide, information on everything and anything from arts and crafts to recipes, to good deals and where to get things free or good coupons. Information on anything related to kids, from baby led weaning, to breastfeeding, to potty training. Pretty much things that I am researching as I need to, and then share all that information on a blog. I would like to put google adsesne on it and try to keep with it and maybe make some money from it. So I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me? Where is the best place to start a blog with google adsesne? Do you think a blog with such a broad topic would work at all? Any advice or suggestions are welcome!
