What Do You Think of Appetite Supressents?

For me appetite supressents are helpful, as the stomach pangs of an empty stomach don't always mean you need calories (especially when you have plenty stored!) but they are hard to ignore. Appetite supressents will not help you lose weight if you eat for reasons other than hunger, like depression or boredom. They don't supress either one of those! You need to be careful if you choose to use them, because forgetting to eat due to lack of hunger pangs will just slow your metabolism down! You still need fuel for your body.

when i have hunger pangs i just end up eating an apple or drinking some water and that really helps with the pangs.

I try to do this too, but sometimes healthy munchies like apples and carrots make me hungrier. A glass of milk usually helps, though.

A colleague of mine was recommended these two natural appetite suppressants & worked like magic for her. She has really lost weight. Shhh.... This is what she had .... ... Water every hour & cucumber juice instead of snacks. 31/2 into this & she has lost about 41/2 inches of her waist line. the only problem here is that the cucumber has to blended fresh for every consumption.

Well, that is healthy and natural, not an artificial pill. That's great that she's lost so much! I think that things like this are very individual as well...some people can chew sugarless gum all day and it keeps them from snacking, but for some people that makes them hungrier!

I'm bad at supressing my appetite. What i usually do is - i always keep nuts, grapes or biscuits within my reach. I would either have them in my office desk or in my backpack. All this small munching helps me in getting the energy i need. And of course i drink plenty of water all the time, as i have my water bottle with me all the time.

As long as the munching is healthy, like yours, that is a great way to keep your metabolism up and deal with hunger pangs!
