I have never had lobster. I just haven't tried it. My favorite is shrimp. I hear lobster is actually sweet. Is that true? Me I could eat popcorn shrimp anytime.

No.. it's not sweet. Tastes like any other seafood in my opinion. Now I've heard it's an aquired taste.. and I know the first time I tried it I did not like it.. I brought it home and fed it to my cat. But now I order lobster tail everytime I go to Red Lobster and I love it!

Hi!
Well... I have never had the chance to eat lobster. It's not a common dish here in our country. But I am really craving to taste it and eat it! I really do! I really love seafood and I would really want to taste it! Though I have no idea how it tastes like, I am pretty sure I would really like it... because I like its other "family" like shrimp and crab.
Hmmm... That's one goal I would like to meet. Eat lobsters!
:D

Especially after the BP fiasco and corexit poisoning in the Gulf - there is no question. Before that mess, I still had to give the nod to Maine lobsters. There is nothing wrong with non-Maine Lobster, but even taken straight out of the ocean out of a scuba diver's bag, Gulf lobster doesn't have the same taste, Maine lobster seems to taste fresher. I know it is weird, and subjective, but I can honestly say, Maine lobster is the best I have ever eaten.

I'm from Philippines and lobster cost a lot since its mostly exported to other countries but there were times that my mother would buy lobster for birthdays, Christmas, or other special occasions. We cook it using red pepper, garlic and onion then use Sprite Cola in replacement of water...yum!! I love seafoods, and in absence of lobsters there are always shrimps, crabs, and squids and octopus!

I think I've only ever had Maine Lobster. I live in NY, so it's probably the only lobster we have available here. Though I've also heard of Rock Lobster... not sure what the difference is there. I don't get to have it often, as it's really expensive here. Maybe once or twice a year.

I've never tried lobster, but just the thought of eating someone I've met, doesn't appeal to me.

Hi,
I like to eat seafood..any kind of seafood and of
course, lobster is in my list too.
I have not been eating lobster for very long time.
The last time I have lobster for my meal was two years ago.
We were having our chinese new year reunion dinner in the
restaurant at my town with my parents and family members.
It tasted so great and I miss it alot.
How I wish I can have lobster at least once a month.
But lobster is an expensive dishes .
I love to eat lobster fruit salad..the best salad in town.
