Have you experienced it? You've got loads of tasks done the whole day. And the only thing you're looking forward to is the sleeping time. Yet when it finally arrives, you'll hardly find your sleep... It happened to me. And I don't really like it!

Yeah, sometimes it seems to really feel very awkward when you don't have enough sleep at night.

@Shannania - I think you're right. I will have to practice how to relax my mind when it happens again.

Same here, i work in the morning and jog in the afternoon. But still, when i hit the sack i cant fall asleep. No matter what i do i just cant fall asleep, i always end up thinking about clouds, the beach, the calm morning.I think your mind is just active.

I find that when I have trouble sleeping, it's usually because I have something weighing heavily on my mind. Maybe even though I got "loads of tasks done" I didn't get everything done I wanted or needed to, or the tasks I got done didn't get me any closer to completing a project I'm working on at the time.
Financial difficulties also can sometimes weigh heavily at bedtime. If I have bills coming due that I don't know how I'm going to pay or something like that.
Overall, I try very hard when I go to bed to clear my mind completely of all the days worries and events, and just relax. Reading helps me tremendously. A good book can help to clear your mind of all that's currently going through it and immerse you in another world and help you to relax.
Meditation is also good for clearing the mind.
Hope this helps, and you sleep well tonight.

Thank you! Yeah... I guess you're right. There are days that no matter how worn out I am of through the day, I can't seem to find my rest at night. And it's usually because something is bothering my mind. It has been lately and I don't think it's health because I'm dropping weight. Which is something I need to be happy of if this is not the case. But I hate it because in this state, I look like so stressed out. I guess I need some time to relax a bit... Thanks again!

I am pretty fortunate when it comes to sleep. I can't say this has happened to me before.
