Have You Made a Wish Lately?

Yesterday, a friend who's miles apart told me to make a wish since he also made a wish for himself. His wish was to spend a day with me, just to laugh together and talk about our lives together.
I couldn't remember the last time I made a wish and I couldn't even remember if that wish came true.
Have you made a wish lately that came true?

Yes.I'm a musician and lately ideas are running dry.I did triple jobs,a student,a businessman and a musician as well.I find it so hard to cope with everything but I express great interests in each one of the field.Last week,I was required to produce an EP/debut album for my band.I have to write three songs and no ideas pops in my head.Two days ago,I wished that God could nourish my mind with some creative ideas,and guess what?The next day,I managed to write 2 songs,with both rhythm and lyrics.Currently,I'm working on the third one.It feels so good when your wishes came true..

I always make a wish when I incense at evening. I wish for my family, my parents, my working. I wish generally, for example: I wish my family happy, I wish my working OK, wish my wife have a good at study. Well, I don't know does it come true or not but I make me more strong to do anything.

Hello toniganzon,
I did, and it really came true to my surprise! I simply wish that i could experience what it feels to be a lotto winner. hehehe. Then i bought my first ticket ever. God really answered. I won the 5 digit. chk,chk,chk, anyway I THANK GOD for that. Well, does the feelings still the same if i won the jackpot? Now, i still have my wish. hehehe but i changed the lines its not just a wish but a decree on myself,Whoooo. Wish me luck!

I have many wishes. One of that is to gain a extra pounds, since I'm kind of slim and I get a lot of negative comments from other people about my weight which hasn't changed for the past 5 years. Another wish I have is to have extra money for buying important stuff. I don't have yet a regular job as of this moment. It's hard being at home and always asking money from parents. Its embarassaing for me. And I do wish that I could finish my post graduate internship in medicine and pass the board exam as well so that I could be a full pledged doctor. And my last but not the least wish would be to marry my true love of my life and have babies with him. Hope my wishes would come true someday. Anyways God's knows what's best for me. He will fulfill my wishes in the right time.

Yes, like everyone, even I have my own wishes. My true wish is that to get some peace of mind by settling all issues. All childish wishes were flown away, when the real problems come up. Having dream and wish has its own specialities. I messed up the life with so many unwanted things due to my high level expectations.
And all got realized very lately and I really regretted on this. When many things come across life and we are burdened with so many things and responsibilities, our dream wishes goes off. However, my only wish is to settle down peacefully for the rest of the life.

Yes, I just made 2 wishes recently.. One wish for my sister who is looking for work and for something big to finally come true for me... an application abroad to finally come. whoever comes first; I'll be happy with the result.. I cannot demand so much, as to have both wishes to come true... but then again... Christmas is a time for bonuses... and that is the extra I am wishing for...

That isn't really a common behavior for me, as I don't wish a lot. My common way of getting a dream or wish true is working hard for it and measuring how close a victory is. There aren't many ways for luck to come into play. People who play the lotto wish for good results. If they didn't have a desire for becoming a millionaire or cashing out the winning ticket, such people would not wish for it. My wishes are for things that require good luck and lots of chances to achieve. It makes me really wishful to get lots of money through lotto. As for education, I study hard and measure my success and goals.

Hi tony,
I do not make long term plans or wishes but do them on a daily basis. However there are two wishes that I have for me in the long run - To get a laptop for me (try to achieve it by January 31st 2011) and get well (I have Ulcerative colitis and they say there is no known cure for this - I need to get cured so that I can earn and work regularly to help myself in sharing the responsibilities and burdens of my family).
My daily wishes come true 75%.

Yes. Recently I have wished to go to the beach since I wasn't able to visit one this year. Poor me! If I won't be able to go anywhere else to unwind, I 'd feel sad about it. But if this won't happen by the end of the year, then I'd probably try it next year. It's just that I've been busy for quite sometime and I'm always tired when I'm at home. I just wish I could get out of town and do lots of relaxing.
