Boss doesnt know what to say....:P

Two of my friends made a complain about our company not giving them their separation pay. They had the hearing yesterday and the manager of the company didnt know what to say. He was trying to defend himself but it seems that he is still wrong. If you only he did the right thing before then this wouldnt have happened and they are not suppose to be in court with my friends. Good for him and the company. I really hate him anyway.

LOL. I can't wait to see how you are gonna win this case. I wish you well my friend. And I admire that you stand up for your rights and didn't let this go. This will also serve as a lesson to other companies who take their employees for granted. =) More power to you.

thank you! There will be another hearing on Dec. 7 and they are giving the manager some time to think about the terminated employees request cause if he doesnt, then its not gonna be good for him and the company.

Unless if there are valid reasons for firing somebody it is mandated by law that the employee should receive a separation pay. Anyway I really don't understand why some companies still think that they can get away with it. I hope your friends will receive their separation pay. That would be great for them since it is almost Christmas.

Yes! its really great for my friends cause its like a Christmas gift for them. Maybe the boss was thinking that my friends were not gonna make a complain but they did so its really just fare that something like this is happening.

Served the company right. If they did follow what's written on the law then they should not be facing the troubles of going to court and defending themselves. Having no money is not an excuse for not giving the employees their benefits.

We dont believe they dont have any money cause we have lots of students and they pay us in dollars. They are just lying. And I know lying when I see one. And my boss is an expert in lying so we really dont trust him at all.
