Dragon fruit is very nice, sweet and full of vitamins. The peel is red or pink. the flesh is white with soft seeds inside. Hmm, try it. It is so cool. And we can make pudding with this flesh or cake. Dragon fruit nutrient is loaded with fiber and vitamin c. Dragon fruit is a wonderful nutritious gourmet fruit for anyone to eat as part as a healthy natural diet with lots beneficial dietary fiber, nutrients, and antioxidants. Wanna try???

It's one of my favorite exotic fruits. It has other forms as well, with red skin and fruit, and yellow skin and white fruit. I have only tried the red skin and white fruit though, but it was great!!!

I've tried them several times. They look beautiful & taste alright. They're almost impossible to find down here, but I do know some people who grow them. Not even the Asian Grocery Stores have them. I prefer the Green Drinking Coconut for all the other health properties it has as well as the taste & price.

Yes, I know what a dragon fruit is, in fact we have a dragon fruit in our backyard. My parents love the taste & how good it is :) I don't like it as much though because of all the black seeds even though you eat them they get stuck in my teeth.
