Today's Rant: Bad Driver

Okay! I need to get this off my chest then I will probably feel better. I was driving home tonight and I was on a four lane street (two lanes going one way, two lanes going the other way). Anyway, as I'm driving I see this guy waiting to pull onto the street and I assume he's going to pull out behind me because there are no cars behind me. Just as I'm about to pass him, he darts out and jumps into the left lane right in front of me instead of the bare right lane. And then he proceeds to go about 30 mph. I mean COME ON! There was a whole lane that he could use. The right lane was completely available for him, but no- he decides that he wants to drive across the right lane and drive in the left lane cutting me off. I had to slam on brakes so I wouldn't hit him. I just don't get it. I really just don't get it.
