question for paypal user - related to account !!

hello, friends,
i need help here. about may 2010, i opened paypal account. that time, i only had to put the number of my bank account then i had to confirm how many cent that paypal sent to my bank account, and that's it. i got my verified paypal.
but now i have difficulty, i never cash my money at my pp account, and when i'm about to cash it, my bank account is death. i cant use it anymore, because i never use the bank account. now i want to make a new bank account. and add that account to my paypal.
but i heard from many people about a month ago, that now paypal is complicated. we have to scan our id and our bank account, and bill with our name and waiting for approval for verify paypal account.
my question is, if i already have verified papypal account, and only want to add bank account, what should i do? will i get the same instruction like what i did in may, or i have to scan and do what?

you can update your bank accounts. I have done it once before and had no problems. I had to verify the account again though.

how did you verify your new account bank update? is it in the same way like before? confirm the number of cents that paypal sent to our bank account?

in what month do you added your new bank account? still confirm by fill in how many cent paypal sent to our bank account?

Well, my advice to that problem is that you find a bank that really connected to paypal in your area. So, that you can easily access your paypal account through that bank...
Like here in the Philippines, there is a bank which is connected to paypal and paypal accept only this bank other than that there is no bank which enable us to withdraw cash...

Hi there,
I have just added a new bank account to my Paypal without any problems, and I certainly didn't have to scan anything.
It may depend on the country, or something like that, but I don't think they have any new rules.
The best thing you can do is just check and try and add your new bank account, or even send them a question through the question centre at the top.
