Mac or PC which do you prefer as an online writer?

I have a Mac and I just plain prefer to use my Mac because my old PC is the devil in disguise. (Don't believe me? Just try to turn it on and get it to print something. ONE THING.) I use my Mac for everything just because it's my preferred computer. I'm a film student and the Mac has the better software for video editing, which is why I have a Mac.
I have Microsoft Word for Mac on my Mac and I use it to write all my stories and novels. It works just as well as Microsoft Word on a Windows Machine... except my old windows machine is the devil in disguise, so it work much better on my Mac!

Great! i was a mac user too, when i first started working. Right now, the PC i'm using is running slow on me. Its about 3yrs old now.
I'm planning to get a mac again. As i will be doing some multimedia stuff and e-writing. Most of the time i will be blogging.
I wonder are all those famous authors and writers are using mac too?

Since there are bunches of famous authors, I can't say I think it's consistent across the board. I would assume their fame doesn't come from which operating system they use. lol

I am a PC girl all the way. I only used macs when i was in high school because that is what we had. If i had my own choice i would go with a PC. I just find them easier to navigate.

Agree. Some of us have their personal preferences on what machine they like to use, as this make their work easier.
Some of us prefer certain browser, Safari, IE and Firefox, as they each have different features of their own e.g. plugins and applications that supports it.
But which make life a breeze to work on? or some of us may just have the love of apple computing for their online work experience.
