Do you need traffic? For blogs/websites/referral links, etc..

I've found it really hard to get proper traffic to my blogs and referral links, so I was just wondering how anyone else managed to achieve it?
I have just found a free site that let's you post your link on the top of the site which looks pretty cool (message me for more details) but I'm not 100% sure if things like these work.
What do you do? How many clicks do you get to your blog or whatever a day?

I have to say that you are very good at making extra money, I have been in mylot for nearly one year,but total USD I earned not reach 1$,beacause I don't come from the english country and my english is poor and I'm not often log on here, I know there is many novelty way to earn money like you say, but I really don't know how to find them out ,and I have no blog os mine by now, so I 'm very intersting on you and your blog, HEHE,can I make a friend with you ?
