I am really looking forward to the next few games to see How Wayne Rooney performs. As a Manchester United supporter I was very disappointed when he said he wanted to leave and had mixed feelings when he signed a new deal. Now I just hope he can get back to the superb form he has shown in his Manchester United career. He will be a key player if Manchester United are going to win the Premier League this season.

I have to start by saying that I am not a United fan at all, I can say that I am almost the opposite of being one. I have always admired Rooney, because I thought he is a fair player, who gives all he has to win and he doesn't cheat on the field. But the way how he acted during his contract negotiation, when he threatened to go to City, the arch rivals of United, and all the theater he did, made me not to respect him anymore. I think he should be treated like a nobody, no matter how good he will perform and how many goals he will score. A person who treats his fans like he did, deserves no respect.
