Looking for a laptop that is water proof

I also hear that kind of the laptop but never see them for myself .but I think it is ture that there are those laptops exsting on the world at the moment .and that laptop must exste in the military and they are secret to all the people who are not a soldier even not a critical soldier .pleast tell me if you find that latop .

You may be thinking of Panasonic ToughBook. I wanted one since I saw it in NCIS. If you have the kind of lifestyle where you need a laptop outdoors, this is the laptop for you. I travel a lot, and like to enjoy the outdoors. I want a laptop that can withstand a rough lifestyle. People laugh but I don't want to have a laptop I have to treat like a baby.

I couldn't for the life of me think of a reason why I'd want a waterproof laptop. I mean if I'd go somewhere to swim or dive, why would I need a computer to take with me underwater? I appreciate technology and all this stuff but sometimes they overly think things to a point that they create some novel features but ultimately useless in my opinion.

Well,back here in Malaysia,the best is Panasonic Toughbook.It fits all the features above,but the price is quite hefty as well.It starts with 9000 ringgits in here with FreeDOS.For me,if you wanted to use notebooks that suit your tough lifestlye,this is the best model.I'm a hardcore gamer,and for that price I'll better off with Alienware. Are you going to type on it beneath the water? :) It might be better to look for a submarine - it has even more extras. :)

That is jsut very cool a laptop that is waterproof i never hear about it before i only heart about laptop that can vs. rain but not real un water! I hope the also go make mobiles than can underwater that would be very cool if we drop the mobile than in some water it isnt brokenxD I hope ather people heart about it and can tell you more about it! Well, if there are waterproof cellphones, waterproof cameras, water proof watches, then it's very possible to create a water proof laptop. But who would bring a laptop under water anyway? water proofing technology is already there so it's no longer hard for manufactures to apply it to any gadget they want.
