Have you ever encountered street children begging for money? I seldom meet them whenever I walk along the streets. And whenever they ask for money, I would be confused if I would give them money or I will just give them food. It's because I saw some of them would just use the given money for gambling. On the other hand, they might use it to help their families' financial problem.
