Paypal to alertpay or moneybookers?

Do you know is there any option or website who transfer money from paypal to moneybookers or alertpay?
Unfortunately my country does not have paypal service so I am stuck with online payments. Please suggest me.
Any idea would be appropriated.

PayPal will not transfer your money to another payment processor, you have to put it all in your bank account first and then move it from your bank account to the other payment processor that you want it to be in.
