Hello, well I don't mean specific recipes or anything, but I might be far from my home on holidays, and where I go they have no vegetarian food! There's like one restaurant, only buffet, but they close early and I doubt they work that day or perhaps they sell something,my question is what sort of things or food could I work with ( no gluten or soy products available there ) while being away?
I will be surrounded by turkey and pork... and don't wanna starve or just eat apple and mashed potatoes, tho I like them.
Thanks!

Ah, holidays can be tricky. HOWEVER - you could do things like make your own kind of black bean or couscous salad, caesar salad, etc, you could make vegetarian spaghetti, you could make green bean casserole (or any kind of casserole, minus the meat of course), a fruit salad, etc. Those are some of my favorite veggie recipes anyway.

Hmmm a field like veggie meal fest eh? That is a very good idea indeed,I'm gonna also try onion soup,so i can eat more of the other food haha
