Do you keep your age as a secret?

Maybe because I'm not very old, but I am not concerned about keeping my age a secret. If anything, I tell people my age because people assume that I am younger than I am (same goes for my hubby) which gets annoying

The reason why they don't want to reveal their age is because they don't want people to know that they're old. They don't want to be treated that they're old! I never keep my age a secret and I always reveal my true age every time someone asks me about it. It's them who wouldn't believe me because I'm lucky enough to have a young face despite my age.

I don't really hide or keep it a secret but I always get away as being perceived as younger than my age and I just let people think that way unless they asked or I deem it necessary to reveal my age.

I'm a woman and I don't keep my age a secret! I'm 19! Of course I have to tell people that, otherwise they're going to think I'm older... which I don't find very flattering. And of course, I'm not old yet. When I get older I'll probably be less willing to share my age. It's the whole getting older and being old thing that bothers so many women, especially when they're talking to younger people. I know that none of my teachers ever liked sharing their age with the students because it made them feel super-old.

To some yes, especially those in the entertainment world, they try to hide their age through operation like what some skin care expert do who specializes in skin rejuvenation or whatever they call it.This techniques to some have positive effects because it conceals facial lines which are in fact a basis that someone has aged.However there are some who would not agree on keeping their age secret, its there basis that they have more experience than the younger ones...

Oh, I'm not shy if you ask my age. But if you ask my salary, I won't tell you! Because I don't like that :)

nope, because i do not see any reason why i would hide it. plus i look good enough at my age! hahaha

I can't get into their heads asx. But, i don't mind if they try to hide their age. I don't even ask. It's their conservative nature, maybe, and i respect that. I would not want them to ask my age though.

I don't hide my age. I don't care if people find out my age. It's not embarrassing to hide it cuz It's a part of who you are.

Most I know keeping their age secret but sometime they are insisting asking ages of the others. Most woman keeping their age secret because they want to feel young regardless of their age, but some are angry if age is the topic. LOL. A few only men hiding real age, those men keeping secret has own intention I don't know good or bad. he he... see you around

I don't hide my age to my acquiantances. They know it because i told them when they asked me about it. However, generally, women tend to hide their true age. Call it vanity, but women are like that. Perhaps some men are like that too. Me, i am proud to have reached my age and that i have a husband to grow old with. Besides, they keep telling me i look younger than my age. he he he

yea.. thats a good question. i always asked myself this question. What i think is because as one person said "they dont want to show people that they are old" but i wonder.. why are some people see this as a rude question when asking for their age? they can simply tell "I dont want to reveil my age"

Hi, To me, I won't anyhow tell my age to other people. Except if that person I know well or close to me,then only I will reveal out my age. Of course, to some stranger ,it is best to keep secret on my age. I am not that sensitive person,but just feel uncomfortable to tell my age to someone that I don't know well.
