Remember the grandfather that was attracted to me? Well he has behaved now and promised never to bring out any topic about him being attracted to me. We continued our friendship and we just share things about our family and stuff. He's very kind actually and harmless too. It's his birthday on Christmas day and I'm wondering what to give him on his birthday. Definitely, I couldn't send him any material things as his wife might get jealous and start a fight with him, so even just a birthday card would be impossible.
Is sending him a birthday wish enough?

Well, it's always better to attach something material to the words. It could be everything and it doesn't matter at all. Usually people cannot buy the perfect present, that's why it's not up to material stuff. I think that a good wish, presented in original way will be enough! Think about it! Have a good time!

Just give him a good wish to him in your heart. Sometimes, we cannot be with the person we like, then all we can do is to wish him or her happy. So I think a good wish is enough. Good luck!

Hi,
The best birthday present for your friend at his aged is a birthday
card or you can simply send him an electronic birthday cake.
There are many websites online you can choose and it is
pretty convenience.
Of course, it is impossible for you to send him a material things, so
sending him a card is the best option.

SEnding a birthday card too is impossible since it's included in the material thing.

He said he was attracted to you and he's married? Just wish him a happy birthday and don't show up on his actual birthday party. You don't wanna be a home wrecker and all. I'm not saying you are, I'm sure you're a nice person. Just think about your decisions carefully.

It would be impossible for me to show up on his birthday party which happens to be Christmas Day! We're miles apart from each other and getting a plane ticket going there would destroy my own budget and I have to get a visa too which is very difficult to acquire. So showing up is never an option.

Hi Toni,
The scenario you present here is quite a difficult one to suggest anything as you also mention - risk of creating a fight between them.
Based on the scenario, the best would be to send a Birthday wish via Facebook or any other media where you can be in touch and that is all that can be done. Even an SMS would do just good.
Cheers,
theSids.

This is really hard to answer your question as the person is married and aged enough in comparison to you, but still I think you gift the flowers to both of them(couple), so that you won't come into suspicion acting as family friend. Secondly, gifting something costly might get your under his wife's scanner of insecurity of his wife which might be not be right as that couple is old enough to take trhe divorce or any other complications in their life. Although Relation of love and attraction never thinks of consequences but you are giving a thought to it that is reallyt wonderful as well as the Wise thought.
So Flowers are best for both of them on this occasion.
