Need help ... in 360 degree feedback?

I am asked to fill a questionnaire on 360 degree feedback. Here there would be a set of questions on a particular quality of the person. And after this set of questions there is these question "What could they do more of?" and "what could they do less of?". I could not understand the meaning of these two questions. Is there anyone who has done such feedback before and knows the meaning of the questions: "What could they do more of" and "What could they do less of?"
