How to deal with laziness?

I am a very lazy person,, at home I never learned anything else to touch the book .. hmmm .. although now I've now started to open the book at home, maybe once a week or two weeks .. but somehow I am now a college student who must get the science as high as possible ... how is a good way to deal with those feeling lazy? if the intention, of course my intention strong .. but when I opened the textbook, I fell asleep or even suddenly felt hungry .. so I prefer to eat than to learn .. thank you very much .. (_ _)

You need to streamline your daily chores. Preferably get up early in the morning - say 5:30 am (!). It would be very difficult in the initial stages. Have a morning walk / exercise for 15 minutes and start your day's activities after a refreshing bath. Eat healthy food and must go to bed early - say 9:30pm. Try for a week or so and you would definitely see the change.

Laziness is a feature of humans.Every one have the feature on their body.I think it is easy to deal with laziness.Finding some important things to do in daily life or working.If you don't do them,you will lose the work.After that,you can change your laziness

Hi,gengeni! Yeah,that happens to many of us.Even I am also getting lazier and lazier.I was so diligent and hardworking in the first semester of my university life.But now,I suddenly can't find the motivation any more. To deal with laziness,I think there are many choices.First,get away from the ones who are lazy,especially those who can make a big influence on you.I'm not saying that you should neglect them totally,just don't hang out with them that often.I mean,there are people who always wanna go shopping,or have fun,or play computer games.Being with them for a long time will make you feel that if you fool around doing nothing is not a very big deal.Hang out with people who are hardworking and seek help from them.You will then be influenced.Second,go to the library more often.The atmosphere will help you to calm down and focus on your study.Third,maybe give yourself some little prizes after you finish reading a book or something like that.Say,have a good meal or whatsoever. Hope we can all get rid of our laziness and make big progress.Have a nice day!
