How can I put smileys in the comments?

Hi to all myLotters!
I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how to include smileys in my discussions or comments...
I really want to use it but can't find a toolbar when I comment or start a discussion, is his because I use Google Chrome?

hi! i was suppose to post this question myself, well thanks for starting the discussion, sad to say we only get to add smileys after we raised our rank to 200. :{

I was intrigued because I liked those little yellow circle dudes...its really so sad that we can't use it just yet:((

I think you know it know just get 200 post, it is really easy and after it you can use this very cool emoticons to show how are you thinking about something
