Do you have a minimum salary/wage in your country?

Now there's a very big debate in Germany if should the government establish (under a rule) a minimum salary level in the whole country or not.
The reason is that they are afraid of the too many foreign workers who might come to Germany and dump the salary levels drastically when the country will open their job market in 2011.
In my country there is already a minimum salary level but it's so symbolic that nobody could live with it.
Is there a minimum salary in your country?
