Which country makes best perfume ?

It should be france. Most of the nice perfumes come from france. There are so many fragances out in the market now, but nothing beats those from france, in my opinion. Even those celebrities perfumes, i don't think they are much better or any better than those cheap ones i can find on the streets. Italian perfumes are nice too, but surely not those from the states.

I'm not a huge fan of perfume and even if I do use it, it's always stuff from the United States. It's not that I think our perfume is so great, it's that I'm to broke to go out and try that expensive stuff from other countries! Lol
