.problem uploading task

i am having problem uploading a task can some body tell me why i am getting this error "You must have at least 1 field" how can i get rid of this please suggest some thing thanks

You can't get rid of it unless you fill up the field that indicates how the task is gonna take over. You need to have at least one field that describes the task you wanna start.
