Almond oil is called to very good for hair. take good diet with lots of green leafy vegetables. you can also weekly apply egg on your head. to apply egg first you beat the egg, not much & mix any oil you use, it will be an amalgamation apply it directly on your scalp, leave for a couple of hour then rinse with your favorite shampoo, it will give strength, sheen & texture to your hair. happy grow hair, i like them

oh dear i keep short hair but i personally know people who are using it for many years.
