What would you do if it were your last week alive?

Imagine you go to the doctor. He tells you that there's something serious with you, and you're going to die in about a week. He also tells you that you're not really restricted from any activity whatsoever despite your deadly condition. Considering your current location and income, how would you spend your last days? Not taking family matters into account. Me, I'd travel to the US, where I lived some time ago. Then I'd go to the Vatican to see it at least once. Finally, I'd head to my hometown to die surrounded by my loved ones.
