did you experience talking and discussing to your operations mananger and even you co-employees? then suddenly your operation managers use their native language with one of your coemployee. how did you feel? is this a professional way communicating with your subordinates?

Well, i think people can use any language when they talk. Important is that they can make others to understand it. So the importance of language is how to make others can understand what we wanna say. Whatever using body language. What do u concern here?

yes if that is the case but they often used their native language, they are 6 in the office and 10 in our logistics. they talk in their language whenever we have concern about them, we can only understand the word "aw" means "yes".

Well,it's kinda intimidating huh,it's supposed to be a conference and why talk with their native language in front of the other employees. I don't think it's professional. They can talk later using their native language but not in front of other employees and during a meeting (sickening) Well, some people do that without thinking they might be creating some suspicion. Have a great weekend ahead
