My 4 month old puppy died in my arms yesterday at exactly 5:30 pm. This week I already brought her to the veterinarian for two times and the diagnose was she had a parasitic blood. Last week she was immunized with distemper, hepatitis, corona virus, canine flu and also was dewormed. After for about two days her nose bleed; I consulted a vet and then she prescribed an antibiotics one tablet a day. Still Jenkins was not feeling well then yesterday she could not carry her head. I brought her to another clinic and showed the clinic the prescription. The new clinic told me that the antibiotics should be 1/4 a day not 1 tablet a day and because of this her liver suffered. Her fever for 9 days was on and off. Until in the afternoon we lost her. I am so mad and melancholic since I consider her my youngest child. She's an intelligent dog. I never train her yet she's always alert and so keen in following what I want her to do. I wish this doctor wouldn't hurt another dog.

mercedlegurpa thats so sad and that Veterinarian should be sued fro malpractice as she killed your little dog with her prescription. as she should have told you the right dosage. See a lawyer and sue her so she does not keep doing that to other people's pets. She's a danger to pets around her area.

Thanks for the response and suggestions; I'm planning but have to consult an agency which expertise is about animals.

I'm planning as I keep the records and the prescription slip. Thanks for the suggestion and the response. I'm not really feeling better but maybe I'll spend some time with my three cats. You know Jenkins is my favorite pet.

Thanks for the response; for nine days she suffered a lot. I didn't know what to do except to massage her tummy and head. The nosebleed meant a critical situation yet she suffered maybe just to be with me but she couldn't take it anymore and yesterday she gave up.
