According to Pres. Erap, "A hungry stomach knows no law". I believe to what the former president said. This saying is probably one of the roots of some criminal acts in the society. Why there are snatchers in the street? Some reasons were because they have no money to buy food. Am empty stomach can affect the thinking of the brain. If the stomach is empty, the brain is emtpy which you could not think fruitfully.
