Hope seems to be that little light that shines the brightest when time is the darkest. As we look back in our lives and as we continue to look ahead to our future the one thing we always depend on is hope.
Under the name of 'Project Hope' and supported by broadcasters across Southeast Asia, Singapore Mediacorp's second fundraising event was aired. Proceeds of which will go to the victims of the recent Mentawai tsunami and Mount Merapi volcanic eruption still continue to flow in until midnight of November 28 2010.
As we hope to make their lives better, as hope lives in them, hope lives in us.

Hi tomitomi,
That is a really great thinking... I mean your words are quite clear of your feelings and the fact that you are devoted to your commitment of making your life meaningful.
We must volunteer maybe anything and / or donate anything for such noble causes... That would give some meaning and add some value to our lives which are so mechanical these days.

Some things are in our power to change. Making our lives meaningful is one. It doesn't have to be big. It may just be something small and in equally our own small way. And that's the beauty of this life. It gives equal opportunity to everyone to value-add his/her life.
Your kind words are just as wonderful as your kind thoughts let alone your great selfless help with the orphans in your community despite your own ill-health which I commend and applaud a lot about you. That's something equally meaningful.
If I could turn all these into the medicines that would cure you of your sickness I would. As it is I would pray that all these you do would be a cure for you.
