Banned from Adsense?

I am a small time blogger. I am never really into blogging but I have a pet blog that I keep just to share my passion on baking my favorite indulgence on sweet stuff. And I do have another one that is all about beauty and health for matured ladies. I monetize these blogs by placing adsense advertisements and was generating some income when out of sudden adsense suspended my account and took all the money earned from these blogs. I was not even informed the reasons of the suspension but I noticed that there was a link inserted by spammers and believe it was the reason my adsense account was suspended. There was nothing I can do to convince adsense that I am innocent and did not spam my own blog. I did send ticket to query their actions. No reply from them gave me the impression that they won't compromise. I left it as that. In a twist of event, adsense finally send me an email after a year, informing me that my accounts has been reinstated. Knowing the strictness of adsense, I thought they have blacklisted me. I am happy that I now enjoy having adsense in my blogs. Have you ever experienced having gone through all the hassle of applying adsense and getting it banned? Did you get it reinstated?
