Special occasions are part of family traditions. Thanksgiving fever is not yet over. Even if you're not from a place where this is celebrated, You feel it.First, You have your whole facebook and twitter account flooded with Thanksgiving greetings. You see turkey pictures everywhere. Rachel Ray's episode as well as Martha's is about thanksgiving. It's tempting. They say its not about food but it kind of is. Frozen Turkey to stuffed turkey and then finally Roasted turkey. I have not really seen small size turkey yet so I'm pretty sure you can put that all in you stomach. So what do you usually do with your thanksgiving leftovers?

no one ever celebrates it in my country and is really sad. is such an amazing, deep celebration.. being thankful for what you have, and not expecting anything, any present like you expect for Christmas for example? is really a celebration that's worth remembered long generations!
