You can put cheeses, chocolates, nuts, cookies. You can even put some canned/tinned fish like smoked salmon filets.

Pastas are good. You could get some nice noodles to put in it.

My grandson John, loves cake, especially my Angel cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries and my whiskey cake with crushed nuts! That guy's got a hollow leg when it comes to food!
