Do you know the "computer face"

Recenty,i found a new word"computer face".it said the person especially the woman who are sitting in the front of the computer will have saggy jowl,"turkey neck" and deep-set wrinkles on their forehead and around their eyes.do you know this,and any suggestion about it ?

perhaps it's someone that's been up all night worried, frustrated or very sick and not worried about how they look, hope that gives a good description, hope you have a nice day.
