Why love is more important to us than money?

Hi damned_idle,
I think you are right here... For many love is still on the top of the list and they can try to die for love. Now why love is more important than money? Well, I think because of several reasons - You cannot buy love and also more because love is what needs money - If you love reading you need to buy the books or pay the fee for the Library, if you love internet you need to pay the bills....
Indeed, love and passion is what makes us more humane.

Yes, nice points! We need both of them. We can't live with love alone without money, but we can't really LIVE with money without love. This reminds me of "Wall-e" I saw again today. The captain said "I don't want to survive, I want to LIVE!" +

their are people out there who well do any thing for money. it's almost rediculis. but having a bond with some one is more woth it then money to me.money can get you a lot of things but not some one who truly loves you or some one you truly love.

Who said love is more important. If you have money, there will be many people to love you. If you do not have money, maybe only your parents will love you, and even they might hate you after sometime if there is no money. People will say so many things, but in reality, money is the most important thing in our life. Money can buy anything except a mother.

If somebody is going to give me a million $, yes I would certainly jump of a mountain. In our culture, we save for our children, and if our children are going to be benefitted, by this million, why not do it.

But would you die for money? Like. I will give you a million $ if you jump off a mountain? Ofcourse I am not going to dare you that!

Money comes and goes from our lives. We can be happy with or without it. If we don't have enough money, we set about ways of making some more. we can't do that with love. We have no control of what it will or will not do to our lives. We can be more devastated when love is in shorter supply than money. Love comes from the heart and we never know when it will come or go,

Yes for me love is important than money. But why do we work so hard? for the sake of money right? or we can actually say this that we work so hard for our loved ones. That is just the logic I wanted to stress out.

Love is important though given as much importance by all.This is because I've seen several people plumb to the depths in single minded pursuit of money.History shows several people have forgone their morals and principles for the sake of money.Though your intentions towards love are noble i can't say everyone has similar intentions.

In some sense may be love and to be loved is most important. But some reality no love at all instead money can buy anything "do you believe that?". So we can say in discussion, forum can say love is the most, love can conquer everything, love is blind but in reality some are sacrifices because of money (forget the love) you knwo what I mean... see you around

Yeah, for love someone can do anything, Romeo n Juliet for instance. Love can make people happy. Love can shower the world peace and relationship. Love can make this world so meaningful. So joy your love and have a good time.

Money you get and loose .
love you get and keep it :P
Money can satisfy your biological needs .
Love can satisfy your spiritual needs and feelings .
But well love is something special , while money is a need (mostly for living) .
You have money all your life but they don't bring you any joy (some people got happines from them - rarely ), while love overfill you with joy and happines .
