The problem is that some team, their style of play suited a certain player. At such, the player seem to be a world beater and this lead to many big clubs vying for his signature. However after moving to the new team, he could not get into their style of play. As a result, their form went down which signal a downfall.

We have a saying in our language, that two bagpipers in one inn cannot fit, which means that everything has to have only one special person. That special person has to be in the center of activities, and two persons cannot be in the center. The perfect example is Sneijder who was one of the many at Real but at Inter became the central player and lead his team to the triple last season. The majority of players who have signed for Real as great talents or even established players have played poor at Real and after leaving Madrid became the old themselves again. Sneijder, Robben, van der Vaart, and the list can continue.
