ok no dieting for you. you can eat all you want but eat HEALTHY. cut down on those fats and oily things and definitely sugars. Eat more vegetables,fruits,rice,bread,egg,meat etc.
But exercise is the most important part of losing weight. without cardio exercises nothing can be done and exercises means running,jumoing,swimming,stretching or even simply walking for long time. Weight lifting can also help but not as much as cardio exercises. Good luck

If u really want to lose weight, u have to diet. IT's a must do thing when it comes to losing weight. UNless u are able to expand more energy than what u are eating, only than u can continue to eat as much. For example, if u want to eat in the same way, u must be willing to run a full marathon of 42km or maybe more, on a daily basis. If u can't, too bad, u have to eat lesser.

Just yesterday you were asking how to gain weight. Use the website I provided in that link on bodybuilding and you'll lose weight as well. Muscle burns more fat so the more muscle you have the more you'll burn if exercising appropriately. I would also advise eating non processed foods.

I you like to eat and want to lose your weight. It's so difficult for doctor. I can only say that if you want to lose way, just do some sport after work such as: Tennis, soccer, volleyball.. I have suggested it many ties. Drink a cup of green tea everyday. That really works. If you can have two cups, that's great. Green tea is a very easy way to reduce weight. But please don't add any sugar. It's not recommended. Yes, it is very bitter. But, you want lose your fat, rite? Try that.

Why do you one day ask how you can gain weight and the next ask how you can lose weight?
The only way to lose weight is to limit what you eat and to exercise so that you are using more calories than you are eating.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to eat the food you love. The key here is to eat in moderation. Another option is to change your selection of food. there are delicious dishes that can satisfy your need to eat delicious food. Then, drink plenty of water. it was scientifically proven that people who don't drink a lot of water tend to gain weight in time compared to those who do. stay away from burgers since the fat present in cow's meat restrains the brain from signalling you to stop eating. you may also eat spicy dishes to increase your metabolism. the best way to lose weight is still exercise. hope you lose weight soon.:)
