I will give him/her a helping hand.I think a helping hand is good for such human.

I would do the same thing as I would when I see non handicapped people. It depends entirely on the situation and the person. If I just saw them, and they weren't in need of assistance, I wouldn't do anything. If one spoke to me, I'd politely answer, but I wouldn't go out of my way to talk to one, because I don't go out of my way to talk to able bodied strangers, either.
