Do you think the world war III can be caused of South Korea and North Korea?

as we know that, on the 23 November 2010 South Korea and North Korea was beginning to attack each other. they are both has the balance power. South Korea covered by USA and North Korea covered by China. it would be horrible if the other countries involved...what do you think?
