I have to say hot fudge too. I just like the ice cream, hot fudge, whipping cream and pecans. The best is Braums in North Texas and the worst is Dairy Queen.

Hot fudge is my first choice --- the perfect sundae would have a scoop of good quality vanilla ice cream perched upon a homemade brownie, then topped with hot fudge, real whipped cream and a cherry (maybe two!).

Mahogany Icing 2 cups Powdered sugar 4 teaspoons Cocoa 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 tablespoons Strong coffee 2 tablespoons Melted butter Sift sugar. Combine with butter, flavoring, cocoa, and coffee. Beat until smooth.
