I think it just depends on what they are. My husband has problems sleeping sometimes and has tried several different sleep aids, and we have found that acouple of benadryl before he goes to bed does the trick.

Hi friend,
If you think you are suffering from insomnia you should better see a doctor. Taking sleeping pill because somebody suggested you is not the cure. and sometime it could be dangerous too.
And once you get into the have it of taking sleeping tablets you would find a hard time to get rid of them.

I don't know, cause i never suffer from that.but I think you'd better not use the sleeping pills now.I advise you to eat some food or drink something which can help you sleep well, such as milk.and before you're sleeping, you can drink a cup of warm milk and dip your feet in the hot water for a while. If this doesnt work, you can try the pill.

They do. But it is pretty easy to get addicted to them and they can also make it harder to wake up in the morning and so on. But if you do not care about any of that and just want to go to sleep fast, you will definitely get what you want.
I would still advice you to be a bit careful with them though!

Hi,slim:
To my point of view, you'd better try some healthy ways to ease your sleeping problem: such as tire yourself in day time; not make furious excises before go to bed; drink a cup of warm milk mixed with honey; clear away all your thoughts on mind and calm yourself down. If all these methods could not help to relieve, you'd better think about taking pills but please act in concert with these healthy ways. Hope you have a good sleep!
