windows sounds.....like them?

i feel irritated by those windows start up and shut down sounds. do you feel the same?what should i do to get rid of those sounds?

Turn the volume down. Put earplugs on your ears.

Hi friend.. you can mute down the sounds in your volume control and whenever you want to listen music or videos you can turn on sound and again mute before you shut down.. Try to search on net that how you can mute only the Startup and Shutdown sounds..
