How do you control your Anger?

Anger is so hard to control, I often just murmur to release the tension. Some people cant control it, the result, injury or death. This always happens during drinking sessons as I observe.. How about you???

Anger rarely occur to me. Don't plant seeds so they don't grow.

If they do fall on the ground, make sure they don't get any water so they don't germinate.

Anger can be controlled, the only person which can't control the angers are those who suffers mental disorder. Thus; a mind of normal person knows how to bring her/his feelings how to become come, in some cases anger is insanity.
Murmuring to release the tension that's a good way to prevent you from harm.About me, I don't drink too much any ,I only drink when in social gatherings. I always think forward of letting myself be aware of temptations.

When I am seriously angered, I just leave the place to avoid untoward incidents. It is a better way to prevent awful things from happening. Better just leave than create troubles.

Tell me about it. I used to get angry. But lately not. How it works? Once you realized that people and things don't make you angry, but its how you observe, and that everything is only in your mind-then you can get free of that. Then all situations that in past could piss you off, now can just laugh at them :)

I hate to feel this emotions because i am very seldom to anger. I don't like this coz it makes me feel trembling all over my body. I almost can't breath and my body freeze. To handle this anger i better go away to the person i hate or i'll told them to get out of my sight. If not i better shout loud and cry if i feel really angry. Better to be always happy and not to be angry.

I learned to control my anger by trying to prevent myself when I know that a situation will lead me to get angry. Whenever I go out on a drinking session I don't get hot headed. I usually always smile and laugh. My friends also don't get hot headed that is why we always enjoy each others company.

I walk out of the room so I could think alone. That's the best thing to do. When the person you are angry with spoke with you when you have already calmed down, it would be easier for you to deal with him/her. If you are not going to leave, you might do crazy things you might regret.

Telling myself (not out loud) to be calm. And at times I just think of happy thoughts and other pleasantries.
