Unzipped or unbuttoned your dress...

Hi everyone.... Please don't skip just reading the title as my last discussion ,it is also a common error done by us. Say, you are hurry to your office, college.. or something else. You have well dressed but forgotten to zip or button your dress properly. May be your pant, shirt, top, grown...etc. At a moment you are informed by somebody or colleague that you have done a great mistake.... oh.. no.. you become ashamed on that situation and all the day you are feeling uneasiness... I newly joined in a girl's college as a professor on 2003. I was attending a class and after the class i took rest on common room. Then, one of my college informed me about my stupidity that i have not zipped my pant properly. Oh.. I ran to bathroom and zipped it but already i lectured in front of more than 100 girls. You know the age different between my students and me was not more than 5 years. Luckily i had my underwear... yet.... Have you ever done this mistake? I think it happens to most of us as we are human beings and mistake can take place at any moment. So what about you? How you handled that situation. Please share...Thanks in advance.

I haven't done that but about 10 or 11 years ago, I went night clubbing with some friends & wore a short dress (I normally wear jeans)...anyway, I was walking down the street in between clubs in Surfers Paradise & it was windy & it lifted my dress up for all the world (street) to see my underwear

How funny and shameful to do this at times especially when in hurry. I totally understand how it feels like, its like hundreds of blood rushing through your face under such circumstance, especially with your experience on 100 girls. (I can imagine how many of those has been h*rny at that time.. hahaha.. kidding). I also had similar experience, when I forgot to unzipped my button and went in a mall where I need to buy a shirt, I just noticed it when I had to fit a shirt on, I can't blame the sales lady why she kept looking down there. lol.. haha.

Hi........ dear. Yes yes yes. It's the most awful situation that can happen. My face became red knowing that i have unzipped but good luck was that it was not so distinct. So there was no chance to make them h*rny. Yes, the student from the first bench perhaps saw it but they had no reaction as well. Good that you have unbuttoned your shirt... probably, she was thinking about a.... Have a nice day.

Lol, I did that many times. I even forget to zip my trousers. And more stupid I walk outside confidently. people look at me, and I'm proud of that. I feel as if I were Tom Cruise. i don't know what the meaning of their sight. When I know I forget to zip my trousers, seems that the sky befalls on my head, lol. I'm really embarrassed if I recount that event!

Hi Shibham, It is a really silly mistake I used to do often in my college days. Now I recheck my pants twice thrice. When i was studying my graduation, One day we all are busy doing our physics practicals, the lab assistant came to me and gave me a slip of paper and said the girl opposite to me who is doing her practicals had send. I was shocked and thought of some kind of love letter and opened the slip, it was written like this on it. "You are too open I know that, but keep your private parts closed." I just looked down, my dark brown pant zip was open and my tucked white shirt is being shown. Smiles and happy thanked her, awe became friends there after just friends. Thanks for making me remember one of my silly situation and memorable moment now. Happy mylotting Calpro

I have seen your situation as well as been in it. I think the worst was when I wore a top that had a hood on it. I had been at work for hours when I bent over to do something and something caught in my hair. I pulled on it and voilla!!!....it was a pair of undies that had got caught in the hood during laundry. I quickly shoved them into my pocket and I was just so embarrassed that I could not tell you if anyone saw or not. I work in a convenience store that is very busy. No one said anythng and sometimes that is worse. I also wondered if the panties were hanging out of the hood the whole time and no one said anything. Like you said...we are human...who hasn't had these embarrassing moments.

don't worry Shibham, I don't get angry that easily. Thankfully they were clean at least. I think they'd gotten caught inside the hood during the laundry and I just somehow didn't notice when I put the shirt on. Now, trust me, I check my hoods before leaving the house!

I have never done that! I am very aware of my body and how it appears to others and I am modest so I always check if my blouse is buttoned properly or my dress on right. I rarely wear pants with zippers and when I do I check to see if it's zipped right. I have seen men with unzipped pants and I always tell them right away. I've wanted to tell women to button their shirts or blouses but unfortunately they leave them unbuttoned on purpose so men can see their "assets".

I've been in this kind of situation several times. Well, there's nothing much left that you can do. All I ever did upon realizing that my fly is open is to just play coy and act nonchalant. I walk casually until out of sight (or until inside the restroom) and then fix the problem.

Hi Shibham, Yes, such things are very common and mostly people dont like talking about such things but then it is great of you to have an eye for this :) I did not suffer from unzipped pants or things like these but yes, there were more bitter incidents - once after I came out of the loo, I was told that I had forgot to Zip - by my Center Manager - A Lady!!! . I went inside again only to find that the zip had broken down and there was no way that I could fix it . I had a presentation in about 15 minutes and the people were from the State Electronics Department. I had no option but to keep the Shirt that was supposed to be tucked in. Now look at the situation - you are to wear a tie and be formal and here I am shirt hanging out and the crumples visible, tie on this ? That was more embarrassing. I removed the tie and did the Presentation. But yes, the first statement I made was - Sorry Gentlemen and Ladies, it is not my day today and I have an issue with the Zip. All were laughing and that made the presentation a success. They appreciated my honesty and things went in our favor. I will never forget this incident and many a times mere remembering this weird situation brings smiles on my face. Thanks for reminding me this incident. Cheers, theSids.

Hi dude... very funny with you. I am really enjoying your statement. i never forget an incident that happened to me. I was attending on a marriage ceremony and accidently my pant has ripped and my underwear seen. I rushed to the road so that no one can discover it. Ohh... if i untucked my shirt, yet it's visible. there was nothing to stitch. then i have found a wire and stitched but all the night it was pricking me. Anyway have a nice day.

on the lighter side - if you have been to UP or bihar, they dont need pockets to keep those... they always have the bigger ones that wont fit in any pocket.. And for the smaller ones you refer to - we have upholsters for them. I wonder how would they run down and then have a shootout

Hi dear, You reminded me several occasions similar to it. It happened with me many times in the past. As you said, most of the time it happened when I rushed out of the home to office in the morning time, and on the way, someone must have intimated about it or I myself realise about at times. Even I had been working for a women’s university for abut 6 years and in the campus canteen one student made me bother about it, but I just managed the situation by saying thanks and sorry. Also there were incidents I have reminded many people about this carelessness. The funny thing is that just see the facial expression for a moment when we inform about the matter. But it is quite natural and I think many of must have faced this situation. Thank-s

Hi dear, Yes, still I can remember some funny events related to it. Even today morning while I was in the train, one person didn't do it. I thought of telling him about and just before calling him, a person standing sitting nearby reminded about it. They were laughing each other. Even my wife was telling such an incident about a guy. But as she felt shy to tell him, she didn't tell about it to the person. Also, there was another funny thing, you won't believe it. There is one friend of mine (female), she is a secretary and she got moved to a new job to a big boss of a private company. Sometimes he used to call her inside the cabin and she notice that the boss's unzipped pants. Whenever she goes inside the cabin, she noticed that he does like that. After few days later, she discussed the matter with some of her colleagues there. They responded that it is his nature and only because of the fact, no one will stay back in the office as his secretary. Later on one day she reminded about the fact. But he responded saying that 'who cares it', and by which she understood that he does it purposively and after a week time, she quit the job. So there are such things also around. Thanks for your response. Thank-s

I have not really done this, but in a way i have. If i had forgotten to zip up then yes it would be a little embarrasing but i would just laugh it off and carry on with my day. I would also be very very thankful at the fact that i do wear underwear and so luckily this stops a certain part of my body from escaping. However, when i was really young i never always wore underwear, unfortunately this once created a problem, i had ben to the toilet and then i partly zipped up, i say partly as i got my (tackle) stuck in the zip, this was really embarrasing and i had to go to the hospital, so in a way i didn't zip up, this is something that i will never forget, not one of my best moments, glad i was so young.

Yes I agree with you that it is normal mistake but not consider stupidity. I consider it as lesson that next time will be careful and check everything. I have same thing un-zipped my pants but the worst thing is when trying to zipp unable till the zipper broken which was happened before the party begin, so no choice to back out the party and back to home.... its funny but its reel... see you around

Hi! When I first read your title... honestly... I was thinking something else honestly. I think it sounded kind of a little something else... Then when I read it, I laughed at myself for the thought of what I first thought. Actually, I just read the first part where you said "please don't skip just reading the title..." so I checked it out. Anyways, well, yeah. This happened to me before quite a few times. I was going to ride to a bus and I forgot to zip my pants... Fortunately, I was wearing a long blouse so no one can actually see what I have forgotten to do... and it's funny and embarrassing. Since I was in the bus, it's really a struggle to zip my zipper in a way that no one else would see... awful situation... This discussion reminded me of a high school boy classmate who forgot to zip his pants and I was the one who told him... It is hard to tell people they forgot to zip or button their clothes... But I just wanted to share to you one funny story... We were in a public jeep when a guy was opening his feet wide apart but his pants was ripped because of this position without his knowledge. A lot of girls were there and we just cannot stop to laugh (and I know it's bad but we just cannot stop to laugh! LOL) and cannot tell him of his awful situation. But I think he got a "feeling" of what is going on and closed his legs. Well, this is a much worse situation than leaving your zipper unzipped or your buttons unbuttoned, right? :)

Hi Bannybanzie... Thanks that you have not skipped and put your response. It's fine with girls as they have something long dress to cover it. But just imagine about boys... there is a mouth on their pants. You are right that it's hard to inform a person that he is unzipped. There was a meeting on our principal's cabin and all the professors were there. At a moment, I discovered that the principal is unzipped but i hesitate to tell him as i joined newly. So, i told it to our department's head and he whispered it to principal. You, know his face became all red. hahaha.. Very bad, very bad.... you laughed. just kidding and hope all of enjoyed the foolishness of that boy, right? Have a nice day.

This has happened to me on several occasions and I just laugh it off. One time I went to school and forgot to put my skirt on because the rest of my uniform was upstairs and my skirt was downstairs, in the time it took me to get downstairs I got distracted by something else and in a hurry left the house. Another time, I was wearing a skirt (yes I remembered to put it on this time) and a gust of wind blew it up, and there I was innocently munching on my lunch completely unaware until someone pointed it out to me.

I've done that before. Don't worry...everyone does :) I was on a People to People cruise at the end of the week, and I had on a dress. We were walking around a really upper-class part of Boston, standing outside a five-star hotel. There were other guys walking around, talking to us, and suddenly, my friend told me I had forgotten to zip up the back of my dress. I was really embarrassed, but luckily, I had a tank top underneath, which hid my back. It was pretty humiliating, and I'm not sure how many people saw.

Well, for me,if accidentally one of my blouse's button left open and show's my bra..of well, let those eyes see what they want to see, they can't take it anyway(jokeeeeee) have a good day dear bhai
