How to shorten url?

Can anyone here tell me how to shorten url's? I'm gonna use it on shortening my referral link. I am very much disappointed these days because I am aware that most people remove the referral i.d. on the website link I am providing to them. It's really unfair. Thank you.

Hi You can use many urls website you can pm me if you want a link you can shorten urls and you are paid for every 1000 visits with the shorten url too.

I don't think there's anyway to shorten a link. But I know there's a workaround using HTML. I just can't remember. You can look it up though at http://w3schools.com
