stealing

if a co-worker was stealing at your place of employment, would you report that person, or just hopes they never get caught?

I personally don't like to rat on anyone. But it would largely depend on how much the stealing is really effecting the bottom line of the employer and employees, bread and butter. If the person stealing does not care how his or hers actions are effecting those they work with, then in the end, I would have no qualms in reporting them.
