I was reach the min payout few days agao, it was shown PAID in the website, but i've been checking my paypal acc for 3days it's still get nothing,so I sent a mail to the site manager, and I just got the reply now and they ask me to upgrade first!!!
They never said that free member can not get the cash! If I knew that I will never regist for this site!!

Any site that forces you to upgrade to reach payout is a scam, sites that are legitimate should pay all their members, not just the upgraded ones.
