Which one is better, LED, LCD, or Plasma?

So, there are three major products in the television market, LED, LCD, and Plasma TVs, they are omnipresent at every major retail stores. When I read their description on the card, I just totally confused those lingo terms sometimes, and I was lazy to search it on the net too. And if you ask the retail staffs there, they would present the most expensive items in the store for you. So, I would rather ask your guys opinion. Which one will provide the best color quality, and the movie viewing quality for you? LED, LCD, or Plasma?

LED is the best and you can get a very high contrast ratio as well as high resolution details.
Save your money, cos there is going to be OLED TV's in the years to come.

I don't want to be the first shopper for those new gadget. They will cost a lot more when they first come out. I would rather wait.

I think they are all about the same, as i know people that have led others that have plasma and then my other friends have lcd, to me they all look the same.I think as long as the picture looks good that is all that really matters.I would go for the size and price that i liked as that way you will be happy no matter what.
