It's probably just a second server, so when the pressure on the first sercer gets too big you are automatically directed to the second one... Just guessing :-)

when i sing in in www.mylot.com then it is automatically open second and again ask for sign up what i have to do?i am confuse

I think it might be any other server for myLot.That is getting redirected when it is full I guess.
