The same point,I love to learn more language,except the mother language chinese, learn about 10 years english, unfortunately my english still poor, for the job requirement,I have to improve it.so maybe we can teach eachother.

I too wanna learn how to speak Chinese. Once, our tour guide was teaching us to speak Chinese but it was difficult. I tend to forget because I don't have someone to practice it with. If I don't use it often, I will definitely forget it...

You can find a program that will teach you Chinese, I know its not the same because learning from a person will help with conversation but a program will give you the basics if you really want to learn. You can go on line and find some programs that will teach and you'll learn with other students too.

i also want to learn chinese language but when i have no one to talk to esp if my dad goes somewhere i tend to forget. it's difficult to study a different language when you have no one to converse.

May I know a Male or a Female tutor is more suitable to you so that, you can learn the Chinese language faster? The best way to learn Chinese in 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, is just by having a Chinese girlfriend. This was happened to some foreigners whom were trying to learn English fast and free. ha! ha! ha! The other way you should attend those language institutions where you can get a better qualified tutor and facilities for you to proficient with Chinese language.

Gramma is more different than English. Novel, Chinese programs and also messege are the fast way to learn Chinese. It is harder to learn better in a short time, but if you persist, you will know more about Chinese.
